PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve TCR characteristics in a resistor being lead-free and having a low resistance value of, for example, 10 kΩ/sq. or less. SOLUTION : A resistor paste contains a conductive material and a glass composition, and these material and composition are mixed with an organic vehicle.
