PURPOSE : A method for producing germanium contained water and germanium contained by-product at low production cost in the state that environment is not affected using innate characteristics of germanium by using yellow soil and bok-yong-kan containing germanium is provided. CONSTITUTION : A production method of germanium contained water and germanium contained by-product from yellow soil and bok-yong-kan of the earth surface comprises : a step of preparing a dumpling having an egg size using yellow soil and bok-yong-kan containing germanium; a step of naturally drying or heat-drying the dumpling at a room temperature for 24 hours or more; a step of heating the dumpling to a red-hot temperature of 750 to 930 deg.C using a heating medium of charcoal, coal, electricity or gas for 30 to 60 minutes; a step of extracting organic germanium by dipping the red-hot heated dumpling into water; a step of filtering germanium extracted water containing germanium; a step of separating a by-product remained in the water containing germanium, passing the separated by-product through an agitation process such that the agitated by-product is precipitated as a liquid of the particle state, and separating the liquid; and a step of adjusting germanium content of water containing germanium by dipping the liquid into underground water or spring water while increasing or decreasing quantities of yellow soil and bok-yong-kan in the red-hot heated state. © KIPO 2006
