PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an anti-reductive dielectric porcelain composition which is high in dielectric constant, satisfies X8R characteristic, and is improved in IR temperature dependency. SOLUTION : In the dielectric porcelain composition which has a main component containing barium titanate, a first minor component containing an alkaline earth oxide, a second minor component containing a rare earth oxide, a third minor component containing MxSiO3 (M is Ba, Ca, or the like), a fourth minor component containing MnO, a fifth minor component containing at least one kind selected from among V2O5, MoO3, and WO3, and a seventh minor component containing an oxide of A (provided that, A is at least one kind selected from among canionic elements having effective ion radii of 0.065-0.085 nm at coordination number of 6); the ratio of the seventh minor component to 100 mole of the above-mentioned main component is 0-3.5 mole (provided that, except 0 mole and 3.5 mole, and the value converted into A oxides).
