PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a stool for lower body bathing, which allows stable sitting in a bathtub, and brings about healthy effect to hot water. SOLUTION : For example, the pottery stool for lower body bathing is composed of an upper surface portion, side surface portion, and bottom surface portion. The bottom surface portion has a shape for functioning as a leg portion in the bathtub. A hollow container surrounded by the upper surface portion, side surface portion, and bottom surface portion stores a functional source material. The functional source material adopts at least one of a ceramic processed material containing a rare earth mineral with a natural radioactive element, a ceramic processed material containing tourmaline, and a ceramic processed material containing germanium oxide. At least side surface portion includes a plurality of inlet/outlet holes for hot water, and the inlet/outlet hole has a sufficient size so that the ceramic processed material as the functional source material does not go out.
