PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method of manufacturing a multilayered ceramic capacitor by which a reliable multilayered ceramic capacitor can be easily obtained even if a nickel-based internal electrode layer is made thin. SOLUTION : The multilayered ceramic capacitor comprises a dielectric ceramic layer and a ceramic chip wherein the internal electrode layer formed mainly of nickel is formed. The dielectric ceramic layer is formed of barium titanate-based dielectric ceramic which contains, as sub-components, a barium oxide and/or a calcium oxide, a manganese oxide, an rare earth oxide, and a silicon oxide at prescribed ratios. The ceramic chip is reoxidized by being held in an oxidizing atmosphere by the oxygen partial pressure of 6×10-10-2×10-7 MPa at 700-1, 050°C for 2-6 hours. COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI
