PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To manufacture a rare earth sintered magnet using particle having excellent fluidity and is capable of improving size accuracy of a molding body and productivity thereof.
SOLUTION : The manufacturing method of rare earth sintered magnet comprises the steps of inputting particles formed of a primary alloy particles of the predetermined composition and an organic solution, obtaining a molding body by impressing a magnetic field to the particles for pressure molding, and sintering the molding body. Here, it is desirable that the organic solution is added in the 1.5 to 15.0 wt% to the primary alloy particle. Moreover, the organic solution of the invention desirably has the characteristics that saturated vapor pressure at 20°C is 75 mmHg (10.0 kPa) or less, surface tension at 20°C is 20 dyn/cm or more and viscosity at 20°C is 0.35 cp or more.
