PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide the generator of a negative charge oxygen atom capable of generating the negative charge oxygen atom and applying it to the sterilization of highly durable fungi including the sterilization of the bacillus which forms a spore, and its carrier, especially the carrier of the negative charge oxygen atom using a carrying tube to be applied to a medical sterilization/disinfection device. SOLUTION : In the carrier of the negative charge oxygen atom for disinfection/sterilization for irradiating a sample to be disinfected with the negative charge oxygen atom by forming a rare gas flow or a dry air flow to the irradiating direction of the negative charge oxygen atom from a negative charge oxygen atom generation part, the rare gas flow or the dry air flow is directed to the sample to be disinfected through a tube made of nylon or Teflon (R) of 3-5 mmϕ and the negative charge oxygen atom is irradiated. The sample to be disinfected is placed inside a medical disinfection/sterilization box and the flow velocity of the rare gas flow or the dry air flow inside the tube is 0-500 cm/s.
