PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a PZT (lead-zironia-titania) film with improved polarization characteristics which can improve the crystal anisotropy and insulation.
SOLUTION : This lead zirconia titania film comprises lead zirconate titanate (Pb(Zr, Ti)O3), a part of a B site (Zr, Ti) of which is substituted for a rare earth ion having an ionic radius of 0.745-0.901 Å; a part of a A site (Pb) and a part of the B site (Zr, Ti) of which are each substituted for a Bi ion or a rare earth ion having an ionic radius of 0.745-0.970 Å; or, a part of the B site (Zr, Ti) of which is substituted for both a rare earth ion having an ionic radius of 0.745-0.912 Å and a high valence number ion selected from among Nb, V, Mo, Ta or W.
