PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an environmentally-sound solubilized oil for a circulating water pump prepared by replacing chemical substances in a petroleum-base lubricating oil as a source of environmental contamination problems on the earth with an environmentally-sound substance while maintaining present and future conditions of ecosystems. SOLUTION : The water-base highly viscous lubricating oil agent comprises a base, which contains negative ion water, an aqueous antioxidant solution and a food additive as major components, where oil and fat from animals or plants are added as a lubricating auxiliary additive.
