PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a reliable laminated type ceramic capacitor in which capacity temperature characteristics, namely a change in capacity with time, satisfy X8R characteristics (ΔC/C=±15% or smaller at -55 to 150°C) of an EIA standard, and the rate of a change in resistance in an accelerated test is small (long in average lifetime).
SOLUTION : The laminated type ceramic capacitor contains a main constituent containing barium titanate; a first sub-constituent made of at least one type selected from a group composed of MgO, CaO, BaO, and Sr; a second sub constituent containing silicon oxide as a main constituent; a third sub-constituent made of at least one type selected from a group composed of V2O5, MoO3, and WO3; a fourth sub-constituent made of an oxide of at least one type of a first rare earth element (R1) selected from a group composed of Sc, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu; and a fifth sub-constituent made of CaZrO3, or a mixture (CaO+ZrO2) of CaO and ZrO2. Zr is diffused to a crystal particle for composing a dielectric layer, and the diffusion layer depth of Zr reaches 10-35% of the diameter of the crystal particle in the crystal particle having an average particle diameter.
