PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a reliable laminated type ceramic capacitor in which capacity temperature characteristics, namely a change in capacity with time, satisfy X8R characteristics (ΔC/C=±15% or smaller at -55-150°C) of an EIA standard, and the rate of a change in resistance in an accelerated test is small (long in average lifetime). SOLUTION : A first rare earth element (R1) and a second rare earth element (R2) are diffused to a crystal particle for composing a dielectric layer. In the crystal particle having an average particle diameter, when a ratio in which a diffusion layer depth d1 from the crystal particle surface of the first rare earth element (R1) occupies to a diameter D in the crystal particle is set X1(%) and a ratio in which a diffusion layer depth d2 from the crystal particle surface of the second rare earth element (R2) occupies to the diameter D of the crystal particle is set to X2(%) in the crystal particle, the diffusion layer depth d2 in the second rare earth element (R2) reaches a part that is deeper than the diffusion layer depth d1 of the first rare earth element (R1) and a relationship of X1=10-35% and X2>X1 (same as d2>d1) is established.
