PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve energy saving in an absorption heater chiller with a high-temperature regenerator, a low-temperature regenerator, a condenser, an evaporator, an absorber, and the like. SOLUTION : An exhaust heat heat exchanger 35 for exchanging heat with exhaust heat that is supplied from a cogeneration system or the like, and an exhaust gas heat exchanger 37 for exchanging heat with an exhaust gas from a burner 5 of a high-temperature regenerator 4 are provided between a high- temperature heat exchanger 7 and a low-temperature heat exchanger 8 of a weak absorption liquid pipe 6 where a rare absorption liquid flows from the absorber 3 to the high-temperature regenerator 4, while the exhaust heat heat exchanger 35 and the exhaust gas heat exchanger 37 are provided at the upstream and downstream sides, respectively, and a weak absorption liquid branch pipe 6A reaching a low-temperature regenerator 11 from the weak absorption liquid pipe 6 between the exhaust gas heat exchanger 37 and the high- temperature heat exchanger 8 to the low-temperature regenerator 11. The exhaust gas heat exchanger 37 may be installed at the weak absorption liquid pipe 6 or at the weak absorption liquid branch pipe 6A at the downstream side of the high-temperature heat exchanger 8.
