PURPOSE : A hydrogen and oxygen generating system that is capable of using various materials, is assembled simply and easily, maximizes electrolysis efficiency, minimizes power consumption and automatically controls supply of ionized water is provided. CONSTITUTION : A hydrogen and oxygen generating system comprises : a raw material storage tank which is installed such that raw materials are externally injected into the raw material storage tank through an injection port projected from one side of the housing; an electrolyzer(200) comprising a chamber(210) to one side of which a supply pipe(360) is connected to receive an electrolyte(240) of the raw material storage tank, and a plurality of electrolyzer cells(230) embedded in the chamber such that the electrolyte is filled in the electrolyzer cells, and a pole plate(231), a waterproofing plate(232), an electrode plate(233) and rare earth element particle film(234) are repeatedly laminated in the electrolyzer cells; a filter tank comprising a microporous filter body connected to a hydrogen exhaust pipe inside a body connected to the chamber through a supply pipe(320), and a filter medium filled around the filter body; and a power supply part comprising an electric current converter connected to a controller to supply a power supply to the electrode plates. © KIPO 2006
