PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an anode supporting base plate restrained from generation of cracks and breakage caused by oxidation/reduction of a composition constituting the anode supporting base plate as little as possible, while securing permeability/diffusibility of gas which are important properties for the anode supporting base plate for the solid oxide fuel cell. SOLUTION : The anode supporting base plate for a solid oxide fuel cell contains a conductive component (A) composed of ceria-rare earth metal oxide group solid solution or ceria-alkali earth metal oxide group solid solution; a conductive component (B) composed of an oxide of a metal chosen from Ni, Fe, Co : and a skeleton component (C) composed of zirconium oxide and/or aluminum-spinel complex oxide stabilized by rare-earth metal oxide or alkali-earth metal oxide; with a specific ratio of content.
