PURPOSE : A device for laying a vinyl sheet on plowed rows in a field and hilling soil over the plowed rows by always supplying a constant amount of earth and sand on both sides of the vinyl sheet which are spread is provided. The device reduces manpower and time and prevents the vinyl sheet from coming off.CONSTITUTION : The device for laying a vinyl sheet on plowed rows in a field and hilling soil over the plowed rows comprises : a body part(100) with a powder source(130) installed at a body frame(110) and plural driving wheels(120); a vinyl spreading part with a hinge connecting part(210a), plural guide bars and a transfer bar connected to a roller flap(350a); and plural rotary units(250) installed on both sides of a rear frame to receive powder of the power source through a power transfer means. The power transfer means comprises : a first universal connecting device(270a) connected to the power source to uniformly distribute a rotational force of the power source to plural rotary units, a first differential gear(270b) connected to the first universal connecting device and an expandable connecting device connected to both sides of the differential gear.?
