PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth metal-iron-nitrogen-based magnetic material which is stable and high in coercive force and is small in its variation relating to a magnetic material composed of powder of a rare earth metal-iron nitride, more particularly, a magnetic material having the stably high coercive force.SOLUTION : The powder of the magnetic substance which is magnetically and particularly high and stable in the coercive force is prepared by regulating the content of the rare earth metal-iron-nitrogen-based magnetic powder to ≤3% by an X-ray diffraction intensity ratio.COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI
