PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a super-cleaning block for regenerating sludge. SOLUTION : This super-cleaning block is formed by making good use of composted waste food. In the concrete, an improving agent obtained by composting waste food by using an aerobic bacterium, natural ptilolite and earth are mixed/agitated with one another and the obtained mixture is formed into a block-like shape to obtain this super-cleaning block.
