PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a miniaturized high-capacity laminated ceramic capacitor and its manufacturing method in which capacity temperature characteristics and reliability such as a high temperature load service life are improved even if a dielectric layer is thinned. SOLUTION : A dielectric layer 5 is composed of crystal particles 11 and a grain boundary phase 13 composed of a perovskite compound oxide containing at least Ba, Ti, and rare earth elements as metallic elements, the rare earth element has a concentration gradient from the surface of the crystal particle to the center of the particle with the grain boundary phase 13 as a peak concentration, and a concentration at a distance of 20 nm from the surface of the crystal particles is 0.3-1.0 atom%.
