Oxide Powder Using A Material To Make A Dielectrics and Method for Producing A Perovskite Structure

PURPOSE : Provided are a method for producing oxide powder for dielectric that has a narrow particle size distribution, a low OH- content, a large axial ratio(c/a), and a perovskite structure, and multi-layer ceramic condensers. CONSTITUTION : The oxide powder has an ABO3 perovskite structure, wherein A is one, two or more selected from elements with valence 2 and rare earth elements, and B is Ti. The method for producing the oxide powder comprises the steps of : mixing TiO2 raw material with compound solution containing one, two or more elements that enter the A site of the perovskite structure; drying the mixture to be crushed; calcining the crushed powder under the vacuum atmosphere to apply the A site element containing oxide onto the surface of TiO2 particles; adding the A site element containing oxide to the coated TiO2 to have an A site element/Ti ratio of 0.995-1.025, prior to wet-mixing, drying, and crushing the mixture; calcining the crushed powder under the vacuum to be crushed; and calcining and crushing the first-calcined powder to prepare oxide powder. © KIPO 2006
