PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a touch panel device, a control method of the touch panel device and a POS terminal device capable of easily controlling a vibration pattern with high speed of response, being driven at a low voltage, and providing an operator with operational feeling with a simple constitution. SOLUTION : This touch panel device 10 comprises a touch panel 1, a coil 24, and a magnet 23 composed of rare earth bond magnet. The electric current is allowed to flow in the coil 24 on the basis of the information on which the touch panel 1 is touched or pressed, thus the coil 24 and the magnet 23 are relatively moved, and one of the coil 24 and the magnet 23 vibrates the touch panel 1 fixed directly or through a touch panel frame 56 to allow the operator of the touch panel device 10 or the POS terminal device 100 to have the operational feeling.
