PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an Li+ ion conductive solid electrolyte exhibiting high ion conductivity even at a low temperature. SOLUTION : The high Li+ ion conductivity can be obtained even at a low temperature by mixing lithium nitrate and other nitrate into a rare-earth oxide as a base. The Li+ ion conductivity excellent down to the low temperature is obtained by simply mixing a mixture of the lithium nitrate and other nitrate in any proportions into the rare-earth oxide as a base and baking it.
