PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an oxide containing NiO-cerium which can be formed on a surface of a solid electrolyte even if baking temperature of about 1, 300°C is applied, and to provide a solid oxide fuel cell using the oxide containing NiO-cerium as a fuel electrode or a fuel electrode reaction catalyst layer which exhibits high output power performance.
SOLUTION : The oxide mixed material containing NiO-cerium consists of NiO and Ce1-x-yLnxInyO2-δ (wherein, Ln is a rare earth element having the valency of 3, 0.01≤x≤0.3 and 0.025≤y≤0.075). Further, the solid oxide fuel cell is equipped with an air electrode, solid electrolyte, and a fuel electrode which consists of the oxide mixed material containing NiO-cerium wherein NiO weight ratio in the oxide mixed material is 30 to 70 wt%.
