A highly reliable high-efficiency thermal emitter which can be manufactured at low cost and a manufacturing method thereof are proposed. The method for manufacturing a high-efficiency thermal emitter includes the steps of : preparing a rare earth metal dispersion solution; forming a rare earth metal dispersion solution layer on a substrate; and heating the substrate on which the rare earth metal dispersion solution layer is formed to form a heat radiation layer on the substrate.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
