PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a remote stimulation optical fiber communication system and optical fiber module wherein a gain bandwidth is enlarged and the gain is stabilized. SOLUTION : The signal light of multiplex wavelength is amplified with a rare earth-added fiber module for transmission through a transmission fiber. Here, a plurality of rare earth-doped fibers are simultaneously stimulated over a wide gain band width where the gain band widths of a plurality of wavelength bands are put together, related to a rare earth-doped fiber module.
