PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a device of molding alloy powder for a rare earth sintered magnet capable of improving the magnetic properties in a rare earth sintered magnet and attaining the improvement of its safety. SOLUTION : The device detects the concentration of oxygen by a zirconia type sensor 24 in a state where the concentration of oxygen is high, and detects the concentration of oxygen by a galvanic type sensor 23 in a state where the concentration of oxygen is low. Based on the concentration of oxygen detected by the galvanic type sensor 23 and the zirconia type sensor 24, an oxygen concentration control part 50 outputs a flow rate control command signal to a control valve 52 so as to be a previously set oxygen concentration. In accordance with the flow rate control command signal from the oxygen concentration control part 50, the control valves 52a, 52b and 52c perform opening and closing, respectively.
