PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth flexible sheet magnet wherein generation of rust is prevented stably in a wide ranging environment, and magnetic characteristics and mechanical characteristics are superior.SOLUTION : Rare earth magnetic material powder is treated with water, by which water content of aromatic dicarboxylic acid and the magnetic material powder is manufactured by a specified amount. After that, the rare earth flexible sheet magnet is manufactured, by using magnetic material paint which is mulled with resin bonding material and is prepared.
