PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a composition for a bonded magnet being, capable of preventing magnetic characteristics from being deteriorated owing to oxidization deterioration received in conventional high-temperature molding; and being also superior in flexibility of shape, molding properties, high-temperature characteristics, and in the mechanical strength.
SOLUTION : The composition for the rare earth-based bonded magnet contains a thermosetting resin binder (A) composed, as the chief ingredients, of a partially esterified vinylester resin (A-1) and an unsaturated polyester resin (A-2); a thermal radical polymerization initiator and an epoxy curing agent (B); and rare earth-based magnet alloy powder (C).
