A nano-composite magnet which has an empirical formula : RxQyMz(Fe1-mTm)bal [wherein R represents one or more rare earth elements, Q represents one or more elements selected from the group consisting of B and C, M represents at least one metal element being selected from the group consisting of Al, Si, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ga, Zr, Nb, Mo, Ag, Hf, Ta, W, Pt, Au and Pb and comprising Ti, and T represents one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Co and Ni], wherein composition ratios of x, y, z and m satisfy 6 ≤ x ≤ 10 atomic %, 10 ≤ y ≤ 17 atomic %, 0.5 ≤ z ≤ 6 atomic %, and 0 ≤ m ≤ 0.5, respectively, and which contains a hard magnetic phase and a soft magnetic phase being magnetically bonded, wherein the above hard magnetic phase is composed of a R2Fe14B type compound, the above soft magnetic phase mainly contains an α-Fe phase and a crystalline phase having a Curie point of 610 to 700˚C (ω phase).
