PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve the problems that in the case of a thin rare earth bond magnet layer, there occurs a phenomenon that the magnetic force waveform of a rotor is disturbed excessively so that a magnet needs to be made thicker but it raises cost, and that breaks are easily generated in the magnet portion in forming processes, temperature cycle tests and the like, in a rotor comprising a rare earth bond magnet wherein a metal component and the like are inserted. SOLUTION : A magnetic intermediate layer is provided between the rare earth bond magnet and the metal component of the magnet layer. By using a material having larger bending strain amount than the rare earth bond magnet as the intermediate layer, the strain is absorbed that is generated on the material interface in the forming processes and the temperature cycle tests.
