PURPOSE : A method for preparing a life-activating fertilizer useable in an environment-friendly farming is provided to produce the activated fertilizer proper to the environmental farming, and to reduce the environmental contamination by employing mica, sericite, feldspar, dolomite, zeolite, germanium, bastnasite, wood vinegar solution, vegetable active enzyme solution and/or sea water in the fertilizer. CONSTITUTION : The method comprises : a step of dissolving the microfine powder of inorganic germanium or germanium oxide and 1g or more of the microfine powder consisting of one or two of thorium ore, yttrium ore, zirconium ore, titanium ore and beryllium ore in the equal ratio in 1L water with stirring, which belongs to the rare element ore to activate the germanium electrons; a step of heating the mixed solution at 90 to 100 deg.C for 2 to 12 hours; a step of putting the heated solution in 10L solution which is produced by mixing a pine tree vinegar solution, a vegetable activated enzyme solution and a sea water solution in the equal ratio with stirring, then agitating the blended solution; a step of adding the blended solution over 1000kg of the microfine powder, which is prepared by admixing the mica ore power and the dolomite ore powder in the equal ratio, by means of spraying or other similar manners. © KIPO 2006
