PURPOSE : Provided is a dielectric ceramic composition, which has improved low-temperature firing capability and additive dispersibility and shows high dielectric constant and insulation resistance even after being fired under reductive atmosphere.
CONSTITUTION : The dielectric ceramic composition is represented by the formula of : ((Ba0.995-xRex)(Ti0.99-yMey)O3) + z(BaO-Re2 O3-MeO-Li2O-SiO2) + w(CaZrO3), wherein Re is at least one selected from the rare earth element group consisting of Ho, Dy, Er, Sm, Ce and Y; Me is at least one selected from the acceptor additive element group consisting of Co, Mn, Mg and Cr; each of x, y and z represents a mole ratio with the proviso that x ranges from 0.003 to 0.040, y ranges from 0.005 to 0.045 and z ranges from 0.001 to 0.03; and w represents a weight ratio based on the combined weight of ((Ba0.995-xRex)(Ti0.99-yMey)O3) and (BaO-Re 2O3-MeO-Li2O-SiO2), with the proviso that w ranges from 0.001 to 0.03.
