PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To produce a synthetic resin product (for example a magnet type paper holder) holding a magnet by post-attachment by an efficient insert molding method when a magnet which is powerful but low in temperature resistance such as a rare earth magnet is used in the resin product holding the magnet. SOLUTION : At least the lower surface of both surfaces of the magnet is contacted with a mold to promote cooling, and a plurality of the spots of the circumferential side of the magnet are contacted with the projections of the mold for positioning and cooling, so that the temperature increase of the magnet during injection molding is controlled, and claws for holding the magnet are formed from a resin supplied between the projections of the mold.
