There is provided a thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising conjugated diene polymer (A), the conjugated diene polymer (A) obtained by polymerization of a conjugated diene compound in the presence of a rare earth element compound catalyst, and thermoplastic resin (B), and further provided a molding thereof.
