FIELD : manufacture of magnets including nanocomposite ones from alloy incorporating rare-earth element. SUBSTANCE : proposed nanocomposite magnet is produced from iron base alloy incorporating rare-earth element, its composition being (Fe1 - mTm)100-x-y-zOxRyTiz, where T -C0 and/or Ni; Q - B and/or C, R is at least one rare-earth element. Here 10 atom percent < x ≤ 17 atom percent; 7 atom percent ≤ y < 10 atom percent; 0.5 atom percent ≤ z ≤ z ≤ 6 atom percent; 0 ≤ m ≤0.5. Magnet has crystal grains of R2T14Q combination, mean grain size being 20 - 200 nm, and iron base ferromagnetic boride present at R2T14Q boundary. Iron base ferromagnetic boride is dispersed at grain boundary or is present in the form of film at grain boundary and partially covers surface of crystal grains of R2T14Q combination.
