The nitric acid solution containing fission products (FP) is electrolytically reduced by using palladium or iron as a catalyst so that rare FP are collectively deposited on the electrodes. The deposited FP is dissolved by electrolytic oxidation and the deposit dissolved solution is electrolytically reduced at different current densities, so that all FP are separately deposited and recovered group by group. The different current densities are in the range of 1-25 mA/cm, 25-100 mA/cm, 100-700 mA/cm. The FP are palladium (Pd), iron (Fe), ruthenium (Ru), rhodium (Rh), silver (Ag), technetium (Tc), selenium (Se), tellurium (Te). The nitric acid concentration is set in two ranges such as 3-5 M and 0.1-4.5 M, during electrolytic reduction process. An Independent claim is also included for cooperation system for nuclear power generation and fuel cell power generation.
