PURPOSE : To provide a method and an apparatus for simultaneously producing coarse aggregate and fine aggregate as circulation aggregate of good quality corresponding to first grade circulation aggregate according to Korean Standard from waste concrete by a wet type multifunctional circulation aggregate regenerator. CONSTITUTION : In a circulation aggregate production apparatus for separating earth and sand and impurities and separating aggregates per grain sizes through a vibration screen by repeating a process of crushing and sorting the waste concrete after injecting waste concrete, the apparatus for producing circulation aggregate using waste concrete is characterized in that the separated aggregates are injected into the wet type multifunctional circulation aggregate regenerator to remove mortar, and the apparatus comprises a wet type multifunctional circulation aggregate regenerator(100) comprising shafts(105) attached to a speed controllable motor and installed in a central part of the wet type multifunctional circulation aggregate regenerator, and two blade parts attached to upper and lower parts of the shafts, two to four blades(106, 107) attached to each of the blade part in such an angle that the blades are oppositely directed to one another, wherein the blades(106) on the upper part of the shafts press the aggregates downward, the blades(107) on the lower part of the shafts press the aggregates upward, and strong vortex generation zones are formed between the stages of the blade parts so that coarse aggregate and fine aggregate of the waste concrete repeatedly receive shearing force and frictional force; an inclined spiral classifier for separating separated mortar and aggregates; and a high pressure sprayer for washing an upper part of the spiral classifier again. © KIPO 2005
