PURPOSE : A phosphate fertilizer for additional fertilizer application is provided to maximize the fertilizing effect of phosphate. CONSTITUTION : The phosphate fertilizer comprises a product of the mixed organic materials comprising 0.001-0.003 wt% of a fermented liquid obtained from the fermentation of the materials containing 30-50 wt% of protein such as a meat and bone powder or a fish powder, 10-20 wt% of a sugar and a balance amount of starch by a micro-organism in a natural earth; 35-55 wt% of a phosphate compound; 15-35 wt% of a potassium compound; and a small amount (less than 7 wt%) of water, fermented at 50-70 deg.C for 20-30 hours.
