PURPOSE : A recycled aggregate sorting machine is provided to separate and sort out earth and sand, stones, concrete, etc. and recycle the same as circulation aggregates of various sizes. CONSTITUTION : The recycled aggregate sorting machine comprises a hopper(1), a vibrating type feeder(2), a jaw crusher(3), a first conveyer belt(21), a second conveyer belt(22), a first screen(4), a third conveyer belt(23), a fourth conveyer belt(24), a fifth conveyer belt(25), a double jaw crusher(5), a sixth conveyer belt(26), a seventh conveyer belt(27), a multistage second screen(6), an eighth conveyer belt(28), a ninth conveyer belt(29), and a tenth conveyer belt(30). The second screen(6) is provided with a multistage screen net, a vibrator formed at one side, and a blower fan disposed inside for preventing the meshes of the multistage screen net from being blocked. The first to tenth conveyer belts(21-30) have a feed speed ranging from 70 to 90m per minute according to an amount of material to be sorted. The width of the conveyer belts(21-30) decreases as the conveyer belts(21-30) are passed through. The first to fourth conveyer belts(21-24) has a width of 1200mm, the fourth to seventh conveyer belts(24-27) have a width of 900mm, and the eighth to tenth conveyer belts have a width of 650mm. © KIPO 2005
