PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a structural body having excellent luminescence characteristics wherein a phosphor with a nano structure is minutely and highly densely integrated, especially a structural body forming an optically functional thin film. SOLUTION : This structural body is formed on a substrate, and it contains two or more kinds of materials capable of forming an eutectic and a luminescent material and is provided with a hole almost perpendicular to the substrate. The average diameter of the hole is ≤20 nm, and the luminescent material is a rare earth.
