PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an energy radiation-curing oil-in-water emulsion which is suitable for a fluorescent ink, can be diluted with water and applied without using any organic solvent which is harmful to the human health and the environment and yields a cured film which shows a high emission intensity and a good shelf stability such as wear resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance and light fastness. SOLUTION : The oil-in-water emulsion of an energy radiation-curing resin composition contains a fluorescent complex (A) containing a rare earth metal, a compound (B) having two or more acryloyl groups within a molecule and a hydrophilic resin (C) having ≥70 mass% ethylene oxide group within a molecule.
