PURPOSE : An anion emitting hair brush is provided to recover a fatigue of a head, to accelerate an activation of scalp cells and to increase an alpha-wave activity of a brain by generating anions at brushing. CONSTITUTION : The anion emitting hair brush comprises a hair brush body(1) formed to have a handle(2) and multiple teeth of a comb(3) planted; a planted side(4) with multiple teeth of a comb planted; and a tourmaline and a rare-earth element containing mineral applied to the teeth part or the planted side or both of them. The rare-earth element includes monazite, fluocerite(tysonite), ytttofluorite, yttrocerite, gagarinite, tveitite, ancylite, bubankite, calkinsite, carbocernaite, donnayite, ewaldite, lanthanite, mckelveyite, sahamalite and so on. © KIPO 2005
