PURPOSE : An anion emitting hair brush is provided to give a head part plenty of anion, to recover a fatigue and to activate scalp cells by the cells absorbing anions at brushing. CONSTITUTION : The anion emitting hair brush comprises a thermoplastic resin selected from polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride, polyamide resin, fluororesin, acrylic resin, polycarbonate, acetal resin, polyphenylene oxide, polyester, polysulfone and polyimide and a tourmaline and rare-earth element containing mineral. The brush is prepared by adding the mineral to the resin and injection molding in a comb shape. © KIPO 2005
