DIELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION FIRED AT LOW TEMPERATURE AND ITS PRODUCING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric ceramic composition fired at a low temperature containing specific glass, being able to be fired simultaneously with a conductive material having high electric conductivity such as silver, copper and the like, having high specific dielectric constant and being controlled of the lowering of a Q value by glass blending and to provide its producing method. SOLUTION : The formula of the dielectric ceramic composition is denoted as aBaO-bTiO2-cREO3/2-dBiO3/2 (wherein, a, b, c and d each independently represent a molar ratio satisfying the following requirements : a+b+c+d=1, 0.09≤a≤0.16, 0.54≤b≤0.62, 0.20≤c≤0.34, 0≤d≤0.10; RE is a rare earth metal (for example, Nd and the like)). BaO-ZnO-B2O3-SiO2-based glass of 5-50 pts. mass whose formula is denoted as kBaO-lZnO-mB2O3-nSiO2 (wherein, k, l, m and n each independently represents a containing ratio satisfying the following requirements : k+l+m+n=100(% by mass), 25≤k≤55, 5≤l≤30, 15≤m≤35, 5≤n≤30) is contained to the composition of 100 pts. mass. Furthermore, Al and/or Mn can be involved in the composition.
