Moisture-absorbing substance is a high-hygroscopic salt such as alkali-earth metal halides, sulfates, and nitrates. Open-pore system-containing matrix is selected from inorganic oxides, porous coals, naturally occurring sorbents, porous metals, and their mixtures.
