PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a resin composition which has excellent water resistance and weather resistance and is used for forming buoys using a luminous pigment and capable of being easily recognized from traveling ships in night, and to provide a molded article thereof. SOLUTION : This water-resistant luminous pigment-containing resin composition comprises 100 pts. wt. of a thermoplastic resin and 1 to 30 pts. wt. of an alkali rare earth silicon alminate luminous pigment having an average particle diameter of 1 to 50μm, and the molded article thereof.
