PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a stable thin rare-earth magnet sheet with no degradation in its strength and magnetic characteristics, and also to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION : This magnet sheet manufacturing method includes : a mixture process of mixing a magnetic material, resin and/or rubber, and an organic solvent to produce a mixed composition; an application process of applying the mixed composition produced in the mixture process on an adherend body; and a peeling process of peeling the adherend body, which was used in the application process, away from the mixed composition. The magnet sheet manufacturing method and a magnet sheet for micro motors manufactured thereby are provided.
