PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a composition for a resin bonding type magnet containing a magnetic powder and a thermosetting resin binder whose usable time is industrially excellent, and whose magnetic characteristics or mechanical strength are excellent and a resin bonding type magnet acquired by molding this composition for a resin bonding type magnet. SOLUTION : This composition for a resin bonding type magnet is constituted of a magnetic powder (A) whose constituting elements contain a rare earth and transitional metallic elements and a resin binder (B), and the magnetic powder (A) whose surface treatment is carried out by an inorganic phosphoric acid system compound is coated with a coupling agent, and the resin binder (B) is constituted of a thermosetting resin as main components. This composition for the resin bonding type magnet is configured to contain an N-oxyl group compound (C).
