The in situ dryer for solids in pressurized liquid filter supports has a vacuum tank with an evacuator pump and linked to the bottom of the filtrate residue tank. The residual moisture is extracted, and the liquid accumulated in the residue tank, for evacuation via a bottom valve. The vacuum line is also connected to the bottom of the central spindle of the filter, opening only the top valve for drying of the filtrate earth.
