PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a sterilization/clarification/deodorization ball which exhibits sterilization and clarification effect in water, and also exhibits deodorization effect and negative ion effect in the air on water. SOLUTION : The ball is formed into a lightweight spherical shape floating in water as a whole by coating the surface of a spherical core material consisting of shirasu balloon with an apparent specific gravity of <1 with a zeolite film comprising silver ions. Alternatively, the ball is obtained by mixing the shirasu balloon with alumina and zirconia by 1 to 10 wt.%. Alternatively, far-infrared radiation ceramics comprising natural radioactive rare earth ore are added to the zeolite film.
