PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To actively trigger especially generation of negative ions, or generation of negative ions, far-infrared rays and magnetic lines of force for material with a bioactive function. SOLUTION : The bioactive material is manufactured by mixing and agitating equal quantities of rare earth unmagnetized compound obtained by mixing and heat-treating magnetic material unmagnetized powder and rare earth ore powder, and tourmaline unmagnetized compound obtained by mixing and heat-treating magnetic material unmagnetized powder and tourmaline powder to make an unmagnetized xenogenic compound mixing powder body, adding resin or other appropriate liquid substance to the powder body according to the purpose and application, homogenously pasting the powder body as much as possible, applying or pouring the pasted body to form a sheet by an appropriate means such as a silk-screen printing means, and polarizing the sheet in the range from 0.3 to 1 gauss.
